Door Hinge Bolts

In 2013 I had the hinge pins replaced with a bolt replacement kit similar to those picture here, not sure now the source (maybe LMC). They seemed to work great until the last few months. I am careful not to apply any downward pressure on the doors, knowing their tendency to sag. The driver's door has dropped about 3/16" to date. Pondering what I may be able to do to address the issue next.

Replace them again would be the way to go, these bushings in there are a wear item, regular replacement is often normal depending on how much care they get through the years.
No way to prevent that wear entirely as these bolts and bushings are simply to small for weight and size of the doors.

Does anyone know where to get these bolts and or the bushings? My driver's door seems to drop slightly when I open it. I'm guessing it's the hinges.
