Since my original post isn't open for replies figured I'd provide update.
Rear kits were not listed, had to mike them and go thru several to get what I was able to make work...
Front different story. NAPA part number 675-1246 for like 7 bucks. Didn't have to drill so bushings or pins would fit, awesome, just cut pins, knocked them out, pushed out old bushings, new bushings were a little tight like they're supposed to be, just a little force on the vice and they slid right in, pins same thing. Of course did this one hinge at a time. Hardest part was hidden bolt on top hinge, remove kick panel, e-brake pedal, then juju use a 4" extension with socket taped to the extension and magnet in socket, so you don't lose bolt or the socket... the visible thru door to fender gap bolts were a rpia cause I didn't have a 1/4" wobble extension but struggled thru and got it done. Oh, be sure to mark hinge to body and door in multiple places so you have a reference to start with when aligning gaps. Thank god that's done...

Didn't swap hinges, rebuilt them as bushings were worn out and you could lift door up and down. From sounds of what you said about your door most likely you have same issue as I did.

Open the door just enough to grab outer bottom edge looking at hinge. Now lift a n check. Body guy showed me this. Latch may need adjusting also.
Exactly except if door lifts I recommend NOT adjusting any latch at this point. As you are lift-checking look at which hinge has play, most likely it'll be the top one. Get hinge kit noted in original post. Before you start repair = loosening any fasteners, very important to mark where hinge where it presently is on door and door jamb IE: black sharpie, or silver if truck is black, these marks will provide reference for "where everything is at and where you'll want to make sure the hinges get back to when reinstalling, it'll give you a place to start for the next step = adjusting gaps". Do a search online for Dodge ram (enter year) door hinge replacement. The video will provide how to access the hidden hinge bolts. Plan on your truck being out of commission for a while, depending on your mechanical abilities, about 4 hours or more. Don't rush, check gaps as you make minor adjustments so you don't chip paint. A real helpful tool will be "wobbler extensions" get 1/4" and 3/8" drives at least 12" long. The bolts you can access thur gap at door to fender edge are visible but at an angle that if you don't have wobbler extensions you will certainly chop paint. Protect edges of door with several layers of painter's tape. Make sure you stabilize door so it doesn't drop as you are working and it'll be easier if you place a 2x4 or something between bottom carpeted section of door panel and bottom of seat to hold the door from closing on you, as well as provide largest gap to access hinge bolts. Have fun, take your time, if you get frustrated walk away for 5 minutes or so.
