2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Door hinge squeeking

I've tried 3in1 , WD40, 40wt, M/C chain lube,silicone spray,

the 3in 1 lasts longest (2 weeks).

any ideas?

I use aerosol white lithium grease on my hinges, lasts longer than any of the products you mentioned.

Ditto here, and I was not shy about where and how much I put on. If it moved, turned or slid, it got a white foamy bath.

Got it!

I cleaned it thoughly with brakecleaner and WD40.

Then I applid a little WD40 with some really good chain lube.

I did this with the spring and arm retained so I could rotate the wheel while lubing.

Works great ! We'll see how long it lasts.
