Door latch inop, door stuck closed

Left rear door will not open. Any ideas how to open a closed door from inside the cab? Latch's locking lever moves manually and electrically; implying its unlocked. Opener rods are connected and actuate proper levers. Child/lock disable is not active. If I can get the door open I know how to replace the latch mechanism, I just can't figure out how to get the door open...
