Does anyone know how to remove the driver's side front door panel bezel covering the power door locks etc. I have a vibration involving this part and it is driving me nuts. Thank you for any help.

It has some tabs and pops out by pushing from underneath. You may be able to get with a small screwdriver, but I wouldn't do it that way it. It is easy to remove the door panel. Remove the handle with either a 10mm socket or a screw driver (I've heard that they come different ways, you just have to see what you have), remove the phillips head screw behind the handle, the one up by the a pillar, the two down under the panel at the bottom of the door, then lift up and out.

I have the exact same thing happening. It drives me up a wall. I actually removed mine, and put a layer of black electrical tape between the door panel opening and the power window bezel. It didnt help. It seems to be coming from within the power window buttons themselves. Let me know if you fix it.

It is easy to remove the entire door panel to get a closer look

You will need... .

One #2 Phillips screwdriver

One #3 Phillips screwdriver

One 10mm deep socket and a ratchet

Remove the door handle by removing the bolt

Remove the 4 screws holding the door panel on.

One is up near the rear view

One is near the door handle

Two smaller ones are at the very bottom of the door

After you remove all those screws all you have to do is lift up (as in towards the sky) and the door panel will pop right out.

Unplug the harness and you are home free to fiddle with the door.

Good luck!

I had the same problem and fixed it. Sorry no pictures but its pretty easy. After you get the door panel off and harness unplugged, remove the switch assembly very gently. It just snaps in place with those little tabs which are part of the upper part. Put slight inward pressure on as many as you can and push it out of the door panel. If you break one (I did) superglue makes them good as new.

The vibration is coming from there being a gap between the upper and lower parts. Take the switch assembly and turn it upside down and remove the screws holding the back piece on. Get some open cell foam like the kind used to put a sleeping bad on and make some . 50 inch by . 50 inch cubes or so and place in these gaps. Make sure you used open cell foam and not closed cell like foam door seal. Open cell wont squeak and compresses easily. I used some dark gray colored stuff that my computer mother board was packed in. This way if a little foam gets close to the switches you cant hardly tell it from the color of the plastic. There is natural colored that would work well with the tan interior.

I also put a little vaseline on with a Q tip around the edge of the assy. before install back in the door panel to prevent some squeaking at that point too. I did mine about 6 months ago and the problem is gone.
