door want unlock

driver side door want unlock,tried by hand and key. the orther doors have been working good,has any one had this happed. Its a 05 3500,thanks gary

Does the door open from the inside? When you use the key does if feel jammed and not want to turn? The latch and actuator are one unit and may need replaced. Remove the door panel and make sure the actuator rods are in place.
