Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Down and out for a week

Welp after about a 2 week ago new transmission install, i couldnt hold myself back and had some 150hp injectors installed and then twins, 150 injectors ran great, after the twin install, 45 psi boost and wham head gasket blown, soo now down and out for a few while tre does the repair, valves, springs, o-rings, head gasket, arp studs, porting and polishing, hopefully ill be able to play soon enough, my friends have ran up to 48 psi before on his truck without a problem but just wanted to share my 2 cents mid 40s is pushing it while some head work hehe

According to what people have been posting, mid 40's seem to be the "gray" area. Some people get lucky and have no problems. Some people get "luckier" and have to open her up and make it even BETTER. Sounds like it will be worth the wait. .

Wish I could say mine was ported too. .
