Do you just need the down pipe or do you need the cast elbow and down pipe?
When I wanted to go full 4", I purchased a used 4" cast elbow off a 2004. 5 and up truck. There are some available from folks that have installed a Jake Exhaust Brake. The brake flapper is inside a new cast elbow. After you get an elbow, the parts department can supply a very reasonably priced 2004. 5 down pipe. Next you will need a Cat Delete pipe (DPP has a very nice one), even thought your truck did not come with a Cat. The cat delete pipe fills the space between the 04. 5 down pipe and the muffler. To have a full 4" system and to be able to match up the muffler inlet to the cat delete pipe, you may want to go with the MBRP muffler. Your tailpipe (muffler outlet to exhaust exit) is already 4" so you will only have to trim a few inches off your stock tailpipe to get it to fit nicely with the MPRB muffler.
This is really an easy installation, using the stock hangers, and requires no welding. It will make things easy is you have a reciprocating saw with a 6-8" metal blade. Also, stainless 4" spring plate style muffler clamps make this installation a snap and gives everything a finished, professional look.
I like the sound of the MPRP muffler, very civilized but healthy. When you put the old and the new pipes side by side, it is obvious why the 4" flow better. Comparing the straight through muffler to the stock one is a shocker!
Good Luck.
