Happy Birthday, lschultz!

I need to find a free program how to downsize my digital camera images for posting them on TDR. I dont want to have to host every image on a seperate site... thanks!

If you're running Windows XP you can go to the Microsoft site and download a resizer. I don't know if it's available for other OS's (i. e. 2000, 98). After it's downloaded, just right click on the pic and click "resize" and select the size. It works great.

I'd really love to help you Erik but I don't own a 12V 2nd Gen :-laf

Are you still using Windows 3. 1 :-laf

Just kidding!

The software that came with my camera has good re-sizing software built in. I have XP on my laptop and it came with photo software from Microsoft that works well. It may have been installed with Office.

Don't have the software for the camera in it.

These damn computer have to many electroics in them, it should have a cable for the on off switch. LOL. I guess it is Happy hour LOL

I'm running XP, im gonna try the windows software first, thanks guys!

If you have the Microsoft Photo Editor it will do the job you want to do for resizing. I also use the free Adobe Photoshop for alot of my photo corrections(poor color, redeye, etc etc)... ... ..... Andy

The Windows XP add-in is called Image Resizer (pretty creative, eh?) and can be downloaded here (pretty small-about 500k): http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

It's a handy app to have. Just right click the picture file(s) you want to resize and select "Resize picture", select the new size you want, and resized copies of the files you selected appear in the same directory as the originals.
