DPF Efficiency Code PO20EE After Brake Fluid Flush - Related?

I recently got a brake fluid flush done on my car (make and model). It was routine maintenance, and everything seemed fine after that. However, just a few days later, the check engine light popped up, and I scanned it to find the DPF efficiency code PO20EE. I'm scratching my head trying to understand if there's any connection between the brake fluid flush and this code showing up. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation, or is it just a coincidence?

@Andrea-Smith, It could be as simple as the DEF injector could be plugged up. On my 3500, I found that in was almost plugged up completely! The DEF fluid will crystalize around the nozzle and port causing blockage. I have now added this to my maintenance schedule to hopefully stay ahead and not have any codes pop up requiring a trip to dealer to pay an hour of shop time to clear emission code. I hope that it's not the SCR, or if it is, I hope that you have warranty left to cover it! Good luck with issue.

Got three questions for @Andrea-Smith :

1. How often do you fill the DEF tank?
2. Have you reset the CEL to see if it comes back?
3. What year is your truck?

Checking the DEF injector is a good idea like folks mentioned.
