Just wanted to say how impressed I am with DPP. I got home from work today to find a package from DPP with a service bulletin and a new brush / cover in it. Apparently they have had reports of brush problems on the 24V causing a motor inop condition. Well I have never had a problem, never once complained, and here is a repair kit that unexpectedly showed up in my mailbox! That is Customer Service!!!! Thank you DPP!!!!!!!! BTW the FASS is great, and the only way to go IMHO and this reinforces that.
