just whated to get your opions on whitch box to get. I do some heavy towing in the summer and run dd injectors. Iam hearing the ufm has less timing and has a life time warranty sounds good to me. why would you get a drag comp over the ufm?
Keith will take care of you... for the cost difference the UFM is the way to go... (and might as well get the Drag version. . ) the ability to change levels is great. . especially with injectors and if you are going to be towing... I tried an EZ. . (Edges version of the TTPM). . is it was better than stock. . but not even close to the power of the UFM... If have a TDR member close that has and EZ or a TTPM barrow it for a test drive... or if you are close to a DD or Edge Dealer... if they are a good dealer. . they should let you test it. . it only takes a min to install... The UFM is a little more involved. . and once the wire is tapped... . (Well. . hangon. . )
I run my UFM on 3x5 most of the time. . only 5x5 for needed times. . or for some 's I don't have my DDIII in yet. . this week. . and a clutch for the new year... As far as the settings. . I can tow anything on 3x5 and keep the temps in line. . on 4x5. . I have to watch the EGTs . . (The injectors will change everything. )
