Hello everyone! My name is jlight first gen member and now second gen owner! I purchased a 01cummins dually extended cab 6 speed 4x4. 150,000 needs box and doors and front fenders. Things needs nothing driveline wise. Frame is little rusty but I have gotten a 2000 cummins frame with springs and air bags. Going to switch all to this frame. Thinking about RCMP Rust prevented then chassis black then fluid film over it. Not going to be driven in winter anymore. Will a 1500 extended cabs 2x2 fit if auto? Are all cabs the same? I'm friggin stoked

no matter where you live there are ways water gets captive in the second gen trucks, some areas you will have to drill holes to let the water and debris out and other areas you may have to drill holes and oil...

Will a 1500 extended cabs 2x2 fit if auto? Are all cabs the same?

1500s only exist for supplying sheet metal to Cummins powered trucks. Yes, the cabs are the same.
