I've spent some time doing a search on this and it seems that a shim or spacer on the centre support helps. I would like to hear from those who have this spacer and if it works. I seem to have a slight vibration under light load at 55 to 70 MPH. It is not real bad but if this spacer works I would like to try one. The u joints are all okay as I've been there done that.

My '04 had absolutely no vibation until I had the 48re rebuilt at 30 000miles, then i got the slight vibration your talking about, since then i have returned to the dealer several times and spent lots of time and money on the issue: NEW front and rear driveshafts, new cv joints, new torque converter and flexplate, I have run with the front driveshaft off, it doesnt seem to make a difference, however, the vibration seems amplified when the truck is in four wheel drive.
