Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Drive shaft ( front and rear ) U-Joint replacement

I am replacing the u-joints and Advance auto parts lists many Moog part numbers. Which one is exact and/or the best?
For example 354,371,377,270 and on and on. These are printed on the Moog box. My truck is a reg cab w/8' bed and 4 wheel drive. Thank you in advance PS I / we will turn 300,000 mile during the next tank of fuel and I just turned 70.

I don't remember which part numbers are which but the moog catalogue lists standard duty and heavy duty. Of course I didn't find this out until after I had already replace most of mine with the standard duty.
