Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Driveline shop

Can anyone recomend a good transmission/driveline shop in the upper tennessee area (tri cities area maybe), that can diagnose and fix driveline bearing problems, i. e. carrier,throwout,pilot whatever?

I'm not sure, but isn't Blumenthal located in Tennessee? I've heard great things about them.

Describe the noise better.

It sounds like this when I do this etc.



Points to remember, TOB is turning ALL the time, but the pressure on it changes from just a turning pre-load to 4-500 Lbs at peak point during release.



Engine running: pilot is not "active" in neutral, clutch engaged (pedal up). Pilot is active, in gear, clutch released (pedal down) like when you are at a stoplight waiting for a change.
