So I was at the dealer back in October getting fluids changed and two new batteries. When I left to go home I noticed the driver seat had been adjusted by personnel at the dealership. So I adjusted it back to my preference. After a moment or so I realized I needed to nudge it forward another inch or so. It would not work a second time. I was busy and didn’t have a chance to get back to the dealer to have the seat looked at. Then I started noticing slow crank in the mornings. Yesterday I went back to the dealer and ask them to do a load bank test on the batteries. One tested bad one tested good. These were three month old batteries. The dealer replaced both of them under warranty. I did ask them to look at the fuse box to see if we could find a solution to the seat. Upon opening the fuse box the automatic resetting circuit breaker for the driver seat was smoking hot.I believe that there’s been a short on that seat for almost 3 months and that circuit breaker is been cycling on and off 24 hours a day since October. It’s amazing it didn’t start a fire. Anyway we removed the breaker and I’ll go back to the dealer at a later date to get it repaired.
