I have problems with my rear door the spkers went out & found out the wiring was to tight & broke now my window wont come back up unless the door is open. Is there a problem with the factory wiring that they have a correction for. ?

The problem with the factory door harnesses is that they do NOT use a wire made from fine enough strands. The repeated opening/closing of the doors WILL eventually fatigue the wires right between the door and the pillar. Just like bending baling wire back and forth repeatedly, the door wire will eventually break. Sometimes the wires do not even break through the insualtionsd , but break INSIDE of the insulation, which makes the problem even more difficult to find, but if you are having problems with the window going down and not coming up again, it is VERY likely that it is fatigued wires inside the wire loom at the pillar/door connection. The quickest fix, if you have soldering skills, is to remove the harness plug at the pillar, peel back the loom, find the broken wires (REMEMBER to FEEL for stiff sections, not to just look for broken wires…the stiff/brittle section indicates wire fatigue that will soon break even if it is not yet visible through the insulation) and then cut, splice, solder and shrink-wrap a new piece of wire in place, It WILL help to use the finer strand RC type wire. The other thing to do , is to buy a new harness from Dodge, remove the old one and install the new one. After you have removed the old, broken harness from the door, you can rebuild it with ALL new RC wire…yo will then have a ready replacement to insatll a few years down the line when the oem one breaks again.
