I have a 2004 with power leather seats and my @$$ and legs get sore on 50 mile trips and better. I am 6' 220lbs.

The best solution is for ALL TDR members to send DC complaints by e-mail demanding a fix for this known problem. I have seen other posts earlier in this forum about our seats, but unless DC gets enough complaints nothing is going to be done. I know it won't happen over night, but if enough of us complain they will have to take action. I am sending DC an e-mail today! You guys with me??

Have the power seats in my rig, feel fine after a 1800 mile straight through drive, eyes on the other hand , well... . I am 5'11" /185#.

I raise the seat up about 70% and slide it forward about three inches from all the way back, it works for me. I'm 6'-4" 270. I adjusted the seats in my 98 Ram almost the same way. The 03 has more headroom so, I can elevate the seat more which helps with my long legs.

I've also driven the Ford F-350s with leather, I find the seats to be hard also, both Ford and Dodge could use a better seat. Maybe one thats adjustable on the seat bottom and the sides of the back. The GMC truck that I sat in fit me better due to a softer shape that holds you in more. Maybe we are getting too soft? :D

It does seem that these newer Dodges are made for smaller and thinner people, my 5'4" mother loves the Dodge. Also, my pedal position is never changed, everyone that has driven our truck prefers the pedals all the way forward. They never get repositioned. So, that fancy adjustable pedal switch is lonely. :)
