I looked into doing this a while back. You'll need the new switch (it's one big assembly, your's has individual lock and window switches) and the bezel. It should fit into the existing door panel, they look the same but I didn't physically try it.
Then you'll need to get the proper end on your wires. A door wiring harness would do it, and while you're at it you could add the dash light lead to illuminate the switches.
It would be a nice upgrade but it is a bit of work. A door harness might get pricey as salvage yards get premium $ for door assemblies and won't disassemble them unless they're toast.
An alternative would be to add a momentary contact switch, a relay and a circuit breaker (duplicating the newer switch) to your existing circuit. That is beyond my capabilities though, any sparkys care to provide input?
