Competition Driveshaft Loops from your Dodge Dealer?

Check out the 3rd paragraph under "Dodge Ram Upfitted For Deep Driving" section here. I wonder if they'd be close to legal?

The article states thats those add ons are installed by "trained upfitters" I would guess, by what I read that those are not dealer/ factory options. For example all of our trucks at work are chassis cabs but none of the boxes or bucket lifts are from Chevy or Ford. The vans are full off cabnets but none of them are factory..... I'll bet this is the same.
