Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Driveshaft yoke

Can somebody snap me a pic of their driveshaft that has a carrier bearing? My truck being a crew cab conversion did not have one but when stretched it got one. I have wiped out the middle yoke (slip) & before I call to get one I'd like to see if its an original or if I just need to take the shaft to the driveline shop & let them match it up with something.

This is a '98 so don't know how it might compare to a '95.
