How do I wire my fog lights to work on my 01 3500 non sport? I installed the correct headlight switch, relay, fuses etc... I have 12v at bulbs. I need a ground from what I can tell. I have factory manual but electrical schematic has never been my thing.

The OEM lights are ground switched and have 12v power to the bulbs all the time. So if they are not coming on there is some sort of ground issue between the switch and the lights as you mentioned. Did you use an oem harness from the switch to the lights or did you just tap into the fog light portion of the headlight switch with your 12v+? If so then remove that and replace with ground from the switch to the lights and get your 12v+power direct from battery/relay or wherever you want.

Well, figured it out. The 2 pin connector on the headlight switch needed 1 wire ran to the relay in the pdc and tied to the bn/y wire. The other pin runs to ground. I just needed to study the manual a little. The bn/y wire runs from the relay towards the bulkhead connector under the dash, but dead ends before it. I thought for sure the wire would of at least been ran to the one side of connector (pin 27).

Wow...timely post, as I was planning to finally get the fog lights hooked up. Quick question: Do you mean that there is no connection though the bulkhead connector for the fog lights? Somewhere I have a picture from the manual of the terminals the switch needs to be connected to make the lights work.

I installed the fog lights a few years ago, the wires under the hood were all there (Except the harness for the lights which I ordered from Dodge). The joy stopped there when I could not find the connection on the other side of the firewall. I managed to find the correct plug for the switch, and planned to patch it in to the bulhead connector. From your post, it sounds like this will not work. Is this correct?

Thanks for the Post

Yes. With the wire I ran into the cab I put a weatherpack connector inline near the bulkhead connector. You can use any type connector you have available. The reason for the connector is simple, if the dash has to come out just unplug the connector instead of cutting the wire. I placed it near the bulkhead as a reminder.
As for the plug at the headlight switch, I have not been able to source one. I am using a rocker switch for now. The green light on the headlight switch will still illuminate. Hope this helps.

Pm me your address, I scored 2 from the reverse lights from an old Voyager, need only one...

Just to be clear, on the bulkhead connector in the cabin (need to look at the pin-out for the termals) has no connection to the PDC?

There was no wire at the bulkhead connector on mine. You could spend the time and add pins to the connector for a clean look. If it was my restored truck I would of done it that way for sure, but it wasn't necessary on this old beater.
