DRL (Daytime Running Lights)...

Anybody know where I can get plug and wire's to install factory DRL module into my US truck? Part's from junked 1998 or newer Canadian Dodge Ram will work. Unavailable from US OR Canaduan dealer's UNLESS you buy COMPLETE front end wiring harness. Ouch $$$.

JC, I recommend you call Alain Hebert @ Hamsar 800-567-5483. They have a module that clips on your wires. I know that a 01" uses a different method of switching the power to the headlights. I have a 98 and mine is normal, ground is alway grounded and yours I believe has power always to the lights and they switch the ground on and off. Try and get your hand down in the lights area to attach any wires.

jcbrown-like Dusky says-Hamsar has the module to add on-I tried to add one on I got from JCWhitney, but it would not work because Dodge changed the electrical system. Email me for the model # or call them at Dusky's number.
