On my '95 the headliner is separating, cloth from the molded piece, is there a fix? How easy is it to remove the whole headliner and redo it... . anybody done it?

When I bought my truck in August of last year the headliner was starting to fall right around the passenger side rear glass. Now almost a year later its bubbling up BAD!:{

Tried the spray glue stuff from Auto Zone (junk). It didn't help much at all.

Guess I'm finally gonna have to bite the bullet and get it redone. Got a guy in town who does all kinds of stuff like this. Already gave him a call and he said $70 out the door. Asked what he would charge me to add a Confederate Flag and he was kinda speechless because he had never done it before. Since it's getting worse by the day seeemingly (I love to ride with the windows down listening to my straightpipe, and that doesn't help).

Check around it might not be so bad to have it redone and save yourself the hassle. I thought it would be outragous, but for $70 I almost had it done that week!:eek: :D

Once the headliner starts to "droop" there is no good fix except to a: pull out the trusty stapler and tack it back up (good temporary fix, might not even look to bad if you do it in a kind of diamond pattern:D ), or b: pull the headliner out and redo it properly.

The droop is caused by the heat over time breaking down the foam rubber used as a backing material for the cloth headliner.

I've done two of them, one on a reg. cab truck and one on a 4dr Dodge Aries. The PITA is trying to wrestle the headliner out through the door opening. Once that's accomplished, the rest is fairly easy.

Good luck:)
