OK now who has gotten it covered by D/C :-{}

Yea Right... Not me. They said my trucks "fuel management system was altered", along with "poor maintenance". They also said it was a failed injector, but I just paid $60 apiece to have all of them tested & they came back fine. So, what the hell do they know?

TCLuff on here has on his 2003 305/555. His buddy in town here with the same year truck did also.

I DROPPED #4 EX VALVE SEAT 57,212 MILES OF SOME SERIOUS ABUSE, MY FAULT NO DOUBT, I USED TO RUN A MODDED SINGLE BUT STILL KILLED ALL THE NUMBERS ON MY PYRO DAILY, HOT COLD HOT COLD = VALVE SEAT FALLING OUT, I REBUILT THE ENGINE AND TOPPED IT OFF WITH AN 06 HEAD, TRUCK RUNS SMOOTHER AND IDLES QUIETER THAN EVER, YOU WILL SEE MORE OLDER TRUCKS DROPPING SEATS BECAUSE OF MORE TOTAL MILES DRIVEN/ABUSED, I DONT HIT OVER ABOUT 1350 DEG ON THE NEW ENGINE, I SEE BOOST INTO THE 70S, I WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS WITH THIS ONE... :cool:

just dropped #4 exhaust on mine ... did some sled pullin this summer, so that didn't help. Piston has an indentation of the valve on it but other than that things are looking fine.
