DRW to SRW Conv?

Has anyone done a DRW to SRW conversion? If so how big of a job is this and what all do you have to change? That is the only reason I would consider a new truck and I have this one just the way I like it.

Seems pretty easy, you have to replace the bed and change the wheels, the only issue is the rear axle on DRW is wider than the SRW so you will end up with different track widths, looks a little strange. A couple poeple have done it and posted the info, if you do a search you should be able to find out more.

Actually Greg and I both got our SRW beds from the same source in Phoenix. We traded our DRW beds for SRW. As long as you use factory wheels, the rear offset isn't too noticeable.

find a guy like me, but un your area that wants to do the swar SRW to DRW. i want a DRW short box, so im looking for someone in my area to do the swap with. i will be going flat bed though... .

I thought the axles were the same between the two. The spacers on the hubs of the dually being the only difference.
