Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) DSS ?? Where is he?

Would like to get a DSS for my new (old) truck. Have tried for a week and a half now, both e-mails and daily phone calls. Can't get a hold of anyone. What gives?

Don't know where he is, but I know where my DSS is--still working great after about 3 years and 70,000 miles or so!
