Was checking front end components as an assistant moved the wheel back and forth when I noticed that the track bar was moving back and forth at the axle. I used the factory bolt per the DT instructions. The i. d. of the sleeve is larger than the o. d. of the bolt. This is where the movement is occurring. I torqued the bolt to the factory specs and then some. Has anyone else experienced this? Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,

Bryan

Yep and it's driving me nutty!! The constant clunk , snap noise heard is the least pleasent sound I can attest to that. You *Could* pull out the track bar and Knurl up the ends on that sleve so when ya crank down on that bolt asssy it pulls the knurlyness into the metal. I was going to do this with a dremel being they have those ultra thin cut off wheels that you can make some nice checkmarks in the ends of teh sleeve with.
