Anyone using DTT's 93% TC? Trying to get ideas on what to expect as far as shifting and takeoffs.

Thanks, Ron

You will want much more torque than you are showing in your sig, especially with the gearing you have :D

Wouldn't DTT have that information? I would think the shifting would be closely related to the valve body settings.

My 89% is pretty tight with my gears, but it is nice once I get her moving along down the road. From fluid coupling to lockup, it's usually no more than a couple hundred rpms. Of course this is under throttle, light throttle the drop is less.

Sorry guys, I have not updated my sig. in a while. My original truck was wrecked and I bought this one that is an auto, I had my HO engine put in this truck. I no longer have the 315's, they are the stock 265's. Maybe this new info will help with the answers. Thank for the replies so far.

might want to consider 91% 5+ years will zero problems and this is one tight t/c :)

265's with 354 gears too. perfect combo :-laf

Are you running the stock HO ecm with the auto transmission? just curious , thanks

I ran the 93 in a 2000 4x4 with 3. 54's, 285's, DD3's, HX40 and a Diesel Dynamics cam too. It was very drivable. I even pulled 21K from Texas to Arizona once.

You need some serious power to run that TC. The lockup under load or WOT is almost indistinguishable.

That setup dynoed 475 on #2 only.

Without a cam would be slower to spool.

I'm running the stock HO ecm but the pcm for the auto. I still have the 5600, transfer case and the pcm for the 5600.
