Ok, I know everyone knows this already, but if you don't let me say it again. DTT customer service is awesome. I can't give out details just yet because I have to check a few things tommorrow on the transmission. Explained to Bill what happened last night, he said check this, check that, and if its a problem call me and we'll go from there and help take care of it. (No everything won't be replaced free). I know this is a bit vague but can't say much yet without knowing what needs to be done, however I am 100% confident that it will be handled regardless of whats needed! And for the record let me state that it is not a problem with the transmission (or the DTT stuff).

I really wish I was close enough to drive up there.

No not yet ;)

As I mentioned above, it wasn't a problem with the transmission, or the DTT stuff, it was a different problem (transmission cooler line going kaboom). DTT is just helping with determining internal damage if any, and then handling any "potential" problems before they occur. I am sure I'll need an input shaft, or output shaft one of these days, and Bill said he's got'em if I want them... just a matter of if I want to spend the cash to do it.

Bill Kondolay and his Family and Crew are just plain AWESOME!!!

I could be and have been "labeled" as Bill's cheering section.

Well Frankly, until you meet and deal with this fantastic group of people you will never understand the compassion of this group.

Keep up the good work :)

The others comments about Bill, his family, DTT, and their entire staff are all very well deserved.

Keep up the great work!!!!!

KAT it seems like you have been rather quiet lately. Do you still have that girlfriend? I know she liked the TDR too, but maybe you have been spending more time at the movies :) J/K

Bill K and company are definitely the greatest. I could not believe the time that was spent re: my concerns prior to and after the sale. Will never be able to thank HIM and THEM enought.

TOP NOTCH ! ! !

RESPECTFULLY,

When I get any money the DTT tranmission upgrade will be the first thing I will do. This is totally based on the responses that I have been reading on the TDR. Any upgrade that gets this much positive response from guys that use and abuse their trucks and this type of respect for a supplier is unreal. I am sure that Bill K knows that no amount of advertising could take the place of this many happy customers sharing their common respect for him and his product. Now my only problem is the money. Just found out that I owe Uncle Sam another $5000 in taxes. I would much reather give that to Bill K for an upgrade. Anybody know how I could write this upgrade off my taxes :)

Shes been busy at work lately and hasn't had time to read much. Generally I goto her house alot before work, and then goto work. Plus my main PC was acting up so I sold it to a friend after "refurbishing" it. I haven't had a chance to build my new one yet (sitting here in pieces), so been running from a laptop for a while. And then of course @home going bankrupt, I have had some connection/email problems while Cox converted to their own network.
