The line with the port in it goes from the front of the transmission (output line) over and up to the heat exchanger. On 24V's there is a check ball that has to be punched out before installing the line. The new line has a check ball in it already.
12V's need the 2 connectors to hook it up to the transmission and the heat exchanger.
