I keep reading glowing reports on products sold under the trade "DTT". Seems I'm the only one that doesn't know anything about their stuff. From what I read their transmission modifications are the greatest thing ever installed on a Dodge. So far I have found a website that lists a torque converter and a valve body along with prices but nothing else. Does DTT have a web site?

I can't say enough good... . great things about Bill K. and the rest of the Kondolay family and the associates at DTT. They run a top notch company and stand behind their product 100%. Their customer service is the best that anybody could ever expect. I wish more companies had the same business philosophy as the Kondolay's and their associates at DTT. There are very few companies that I've have dealt with that I feel that I was taken care of 100%. At DTT all my questions have been answered by a knowledgeable person on the other end of the phone (usually Bill) who doesn't get pissed off answering my stupid questions :)

If you aren't convinced to deal with them based on customer service and personal praise alone, their TC/VB combo makes one hell of a mean transmission/truck.

I will use DTT when the time comes Why? The top ten list

1. When I asked if I needed a upgrade to my transmission Bill K didn't say yes buy my product he told me what to do for Free to increase my line presure.

2. Check the thread on his site "trans talk with Bill K" you will see its all about helping and the guy is allways honest. He never inflates his product.

3. Check TDR threads with a Bill K seach..... its large

4. In your seach for info on Bill K see how many times he has had a product fail not many. When a product didn't do what ever it was supose toi he did the right thing tells them to call him and he would get them right

5. He dosent claim to have a bullet proof transmission just dam good. He also tells you the things we hate to hear more bombing more stress on transmission and expect problems if you over do it.

6. everyone says the same thing abouyt Bill K he stands by his product 100% you will never hear a Bill K bad story whats that tell you

7. He will answer any question you have for free and not push you to buy anything.

8. he answers troubleshooting questions on his site for free

9. His prices for his trannys are real good... ... shop around they get absurd in some shops.

10. He's a TDR member!

BUT...

The Kondolay family and associates are 1st class all the way :)

Being a unix system administrator (currently responsible for over 20 Linux and BSD unix servers with a total of almost 100 websites), I wonder if I could host their website in exchange for a good deal on a DTT torque converter and valve body...

Drool... drool... :D

I can't believe he finds any time to go to the bathroom.

All it usually takes, to convince anybody, is a phone call to Bill himself. I feel terrible sending more people to him, because I can't fathom how he can give everybody the service he does. When I, a non-customer, had problems with my transmission, Bill gave me phone calls on Sunday to help me diagnose the situation and offer advice.

He has dedicated his career to making the best transmission components for the Dodges (which are terribly weak from the factory). A lot of people wish Dodge would put Allisons in their trucks. Most of those who have tried his stuff, wish Dodge would put Bill's parts in.

My only hope is he'll have the same enthusiasm in a few years when I need (read: can afford) to have mine done right.

THANKS BILL!
