Sorry, I just have to get this off my chest. I have recently become aware that Chevy, Pontiac, and Dodge are offering Cavaliers, Sunfires, and Neons with dual exhaust. Since when do 4-cylinder cars need dual exhaust? Does that mean V-8s should have 4 exhaust pipes? Give me a break!

Between 4-cylinders with duals and ricers crawling all over the roadways, I'm ready to stop driving and just take the bus to work.

it's just a muffler with a side inlet and dual side outlets. looks nice like on that neon srt... all for show ya know...

i still think it is pretty neat when you read a compact sports car magazine and find a car like the nissan skyline sporting 100mm downpipe & exhaust... that's just under 4" eh. . ? ;)

I agree to an extent, but if you were a design engineer/marketing guru, wouldn't you be designing your compacts with at least one goodie or two of which the ricer croud would flock to? I also don't care for ricers either. But when us guys were that age we were into muscle cars and or pickup trucks and our elders couldn't figure us out either, cuz they were driving economical ricers!!!
