Dual Exhaust - What works?

I want to put dual exhaust on my truck ('05 3500 SRW L/B) I have a B&W Turnover ball and a 35" Spare tire (315BFG on H2 Wheel) Any of you have a similar setup? I'm worried about clearance issues, if any! Some manufacturers list the turnover ball as an issue. Others say that the oversized spare will be a problem. Do any of you know? The Banks dual exhaust will rub on the Spare Tire 285s are within 1/4 . the B&W may be ok. I spec and built My gooseneck hitch 4" forward ,38. 5" from rear bed floor to TDC Ball to be 2. 5" ahead of TDC of rear axle. I think B&W is 34 form rear bed floor to TDC Ball.
