How many 3rd Gen guys have done this? How do you like it? Are the wires coming out back that noticable? Anything else? Help me with some feedback. Thanks.

I use the dual steering column pod for my Rail Pressure and Fuel Pressure gauge. They are both electrical gauges, so no problem with wiring connections or showing. The wires come from under the dash into the rear of the pod. I can see where there might be an issue with trans temp cable or boost or fuel lines, but not with just wiring.

I don't have a dual column mount (I have a single one for my pyro), but I will say be careful with non-electric gages. My DiPricol boost gage wouldn't fit there because there wasn't enough room behind it for the airline fitting on the back of the gage. Pyro fit just fine. (Boost gage is in a SRT-10 pillar)

huh. my boost fit fine. i didnt drill any holes. just ran the boost hose and wires down the column and under the dash. i didnt attach the mount either. it just sits there and i can lift it up if i need to get to anything. i wasnt able to use the brackets that came with the gauges but they fit snug so no worries.

I also have DiPricol boost and EGT and they fit great. Can't see any of the wiring or boost tube but it does block the 4wd/cruise indicator. I'd do it again.
