This morning traveling east on I-70 in Denver, I came along side a 01 3500 flat bed ram with dual stacks (they looked like they were 4") they were really cool looking! If any has seen this truck it is really amazing!
Just an fyi.

They look cool, but most of the time they have like 2. 5 inch exhaust after the crossframe to get around the driveshaft. The Auto Wurks Diesel racer has a 5" single stack and it's way cool.

We have 2 Ram with duel 4" stacks up here in the Spokane, WA. /Coeur d'Alene, ID. area. They look really cool. Sure makes a big hole in the bed of the truck.

Love my stacks!!! Went with a 4" Jardine downpipe to 4" flexpipe to a piece of 4" square pipe across the front of my bed with two 4' tall 5" stacks turned out to the side at a 45 degree angle. They will rattle the windows of those poor souls I happen to pass from time to time.

B. with texas star 350 and wilson 5000 whip, enough lights to see who's on either side of me any time of night, etc... ... (can be seen in readers rigs, pg 6)

cuminspwr, do you happen to have a picture of your rig? I am thinking about doing stacks myself, but I am not sure if cutting holes in the bed is for me or not. Any suggestions? Does is look funny if you run them outside the bed?

Thanks

K-Arts,

My truck can be seen on page 6 of readers rigs, it is on the top left. I have a flatbed, and we just welded a short plate behind the stacks to hide the crosspipe and to keep stuff from getting up against it.

I'm Going with stacks soon. . IMHO the best way is to run 4" upto and thru the bottom of the box. . Then split it into two 3",4", or 5" That way it is easy to install and clears every thing under the truck. . Also a 4in pipe will flow more than two 2" or 2. 5"pipes--which is what you will have use to worm around everything under the truck and spend lots of $$$ for less Flow!
