I just finshed up putting on a sweet set of 5'' crome stacks! Thanks to oasis-3 for the stack parts list. The sound out of them couldnt be better. I love it! The only complaint is it may bee a little too loud, not for me, but for lets say... . the cops... my girlfriend... the people living next door! Well to keep it strait pipe but make it a tad quieter at times i rolled up some chicken wire that i then wraped with muffler packing. I can stuff one into each stack and have it nice and civilized when i want to. I will have to post some pics of the stacks in action belching out black coal!!!!

I just another step into the dark side! And i dont think i am coming back!

Stacks are cooool...

I love mine. I always get compliments from cute girls on my BIG STACK;) :D . I don't know about the cops in Pa. but I just got done going to court for speed greater than reasonable:D and the deputys didn't say one word about illegal exhaust. They do draw more attention though and sometimes thats not good. But most of the time its cool. And I was only thinking about stacks when I checked out Cliffs. Then I had to have them. I guess he's corrupted another:rolleyes: :D ... Doug

stacks

lookin' good! just finished doing the same to mine , you're right they are loud! I wouldn't have it any other way!

how 'bout a pic of the chickenwire muffler insert?

last time i was at the truck center, flipping through their catalog, i remember seeing actual production muffler inserts for stacks. they had them in 5" & 6" sizes. designed for truckers with straights
