Dual Tire Inflators

Anybody use the dual tire inflators from camping world? If you attach these to the wheels, does it affect the wheel balance?

Terry, I installed those on a motorhome I used to have. Wheel Masters stainless steel dual tire inflators as I remember. I couldn't detect any imbalance after the installation. I'm considering them for my truck now. regards, MikeH
