Dual wheel valve stems.

Getting new tires on one of the duallys (1995), need bolt in stems that I can reach. Outers need to be 135 degree, inners 6" straight. Any ideas for suppliers or part numbers? And what size hole the dual rim has?

The valve stem holes are standard size. I bought a set of all metal valve stems and use flexible extenders that fasten to the outside wheels. Rubber valve stems are not strong enough to hold the centrifugal force of the extenders.
