Question for you guys that have the Dual Zone Climate Controls. Last week, my wife and I were out driving and I had the AC on. She, of course, wanted the air a bit warmer so she turned up the temps on her side. To my surprise, the nice cold air I was getting suddenly got warmer, not as warm as hers but about 10 degrees warmer than it was before she fiddled with it.

Does anybody else notice this? I previously posted that I got a recall for the Climate Control doors software and I'm wondering if this will fix it.

Any thoughts?

I have the same issue. Since I've never owned a dual zone before, I thought it was normal. It would have been much cheaper to just purchase my wife a blanket and get the manual A/C.

My cute little co-pilot always complains she's cold and turns the heat up on her side. I've never noticed my side get warmer. Sometimes the fan speed will increase though. I assumed that was because it needed more air for the temp difference.

I've owned tons of rigs with dual, triple, and even 4 zone climate control. Never experienced what you're saying. Maybe the recall or whatever will fix it.

I've never notice a difference in temperature with the Dual Zone Climate Controls set at two different extremes on my Dodge truck nor my Toyota Avalon. I keep my side cold and my wife wants something less than cold. I have to say that the Avalon's Dual Zone Climate Controls works much better than the Dodge.

We just bought a 2020 Dodge Journey & it has dual climate control & I don't notice any change on my side when my wife turns her's up. I know that it is not a Ram but still a Dodge.

Yeah but by 2020, they figured out how to fix it. Does it have a Flux Capacitor also?:-laf
