Dual zone hvac controls and overhead display

Hi guys, I was just curious if my HVAC controls were supposed to be a different color than the rest of my in dash lights. While everything else has that greenish tint to the lights it seems as though the HVAC controls are just the regular white. Second question is the right side of my heads up display on the overhead console back lighting is burnt out how do I go about replacing that right side bulb?

I don't know if it is correct, but my HVAC controls are the same way. I have the dual zone as well.
