dually bed swap

is there a difference in the size or mounting of a late model dually bed (3rd gen) to a 2nd gen bed? I ask because I saw a local bed for sale really cheap but it's new and I have a 96 and was curious what the swap would entail. Thanks

Theres a guy here in town that has exactly what you said. I don't know how it fit but its on & don't look too bad.

The body lines are different, but it may bolt up.
