I can't speak for Bodie, but the State of Texas is paying for my schooling right now.

When I attended college I worked two jobs, and also did/still do things on the side. Even after I started working full time before my girlfriend moved in with me from Corpis Christi, I worked as a bouncer in a bar. I never got ole tex to help, and I payed for all of my school, truck, rent, gas, broken parts, tickets, bail, and bills. With my girlfriend of 6 years living in Corpis for 2 years, gas was the killer for me. That is when I drove my 98 Dodge 360 gasser w/ 8" lift and 35" boggers 5. 5hrs every other weekend to go see her. It cost me $200 a trip in JUST fuel! So I pretty much worked, just to see her. :{



Now I am just a old man, with a baby on the way, and all my wild days ... ... . almost behind me.

that's what I figured, early good job (hard to come by) when your in your early 20's.



I (we, 2 other friends) attempted to start an IT business right around 9-11. After 9-11, if you you were a startup, bunch of young kids, having no clue and worst yet no clue and talent for sales; making money wasn't going to happen We did all right prior, but baaah, I won't go into details.

famous because i am the laughing of stock of atleast 3 diesel websites. On dodge truck world, there was a thread started that said "ATTN Phil Baxter". . and it went on for 2 pages. I didn't know it was there for a while... . and took me even longer to find this thread. oh well, all in a good days fun!
