Dually Tire pressure question

Maybe it's obvious but i need help. How do you check the tire pressure on your dually back tires. The valves are sticking in. What to do or what tire pressure guage will simplify the job.

They make one with dual heads for dual wheel trucks. Auto Parts house will have them and I have seen them at Walmart.
