From what i remerber on my 05 w/ 35's and the amount of sidewall flex, you'd need at least a 3" spacer. And w/ stock dually wheels the tires would wear terribly, considering that to reduce sidewall flex to a minimum, the tires would need to be inflated to max psi.

i keep my tires inflated to max at all times... but thats another thread running around here somewhere.

like i said, with E rated tires i cant see the side walls flexing TOO much that a 2. 25 or 2. 5 inch spacer would not work. maybe im wrong, as the only 315's i had were d rate... they may be rated for 3195lbs like the stockers, but not fun to drive a 22k trailer around.

i agree with the 19. 5's as the way to go and am in the process of purchasing a set of SRW for my 04. 5. this makes it so i dont have to convert to dually and still be safe as it will also give me about an inch in track with front and rear, but most importantly give me a tire that can hack.
