DuraFlaps

[Prairie Dog]

Anybody out there have DuraFlap mud flaps? They seem to be very popular and great quality.
I'm wondering if the stainless steel weights are necessary or are they just for looks?
Is there a product folks like better?

I am not sure they are necessary, but I think they look really good. I really like the Durs Flaps, and believe they are the best mud flap at this time, I would buy them again.

Dennis and Nina at Duraflap are really helpful and sincere folks. Put out a really good product that fits well and looks good.

My brother has a set on the rear of his 2012 Dodge pickup. I think they look good and hang much lower than the factory flaps that I have. His have the stainless steel piece at the bottom that read "Dodge".
