DVD Video questions

I just got a 7" ACT screen I'm looking to hook up two ways. Get an invertor to power a DVD player, but have a 2nd input for an other device (IE: backup cam) Anyone know a good place to get a cam for backup other then ebay? it must be weatherproof and the wiring must be RCA style plug-in.
