Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) DVs

I want to buy some delivery valves, I was thinking of buying Piers Super High Flows, I have a 160 pump with the stock injectors and turbo. For mods I have a flat plate full forward and a cone filter, with these mods how much hp+tq should I have? Also are these the same as lazer cuts and are these the highest flowing ones?

im running the 191's from piers... . and i love them... the only thing that has stopped me from getting a fully cut delivery valve is my truck is driven 45 miles each way to work... . although i will be getting a set shortly, just to goof around with on the weekends :-laf

Don't you still need a little more air, or have you fixed that already? I still think you're losing a LOT of HP, through the stacks.

Im waiting for the stacks, i want them bad but i have a staight pipe and an intake. I have to get some more money for a bigger turbo

Sorry about that, DN, I was referring to TurboDiesel. Kind of an inside joke. I always give him a hard time about running too much fuel, and not enough air. To answer your questions, or ask one, are you planning on going to bigger injectors? I don't know how much of an increase you'll get with just DV's.

Eventually i want 370s or some kind of bigger injectors, I saw in some thread that Piers had some honed stage3 370s or something. Also i was talking to a guy from Antrim Diesel and he said they made some 14 hole injectors for his truck but at the time he was only running 370s.

I have full cut DV'S and believe me it's hard not to smoke everybody out at every redlight, or stop sign you come to at least with an auto, even at light throttle smoke everywhere, but my charger is a littlle more laggy than stock.

i have 370s coming and i have a 1995 automatic 160 pump with a 6 plate, 3 kgsk, and timing at 15*. i am on the market for dvs how much are laser cuts? are they worth it? i was looking at piers and the have high flow and super high flow are they 181's and 191's or is it something else.

191s are all you need to much smoke and super high egts with laser cuts for not that much more power but if you dont have 370s get them first you will be much more pleased espescially on a 160 pump, believe me ive been there
