I'll third that. I did my Dyna-trac Free-spin conversion last year and they were still in the prototype process for the stub hub and their own low profile locking hub. I asked them if I should wait and get the stub hub and they told me the same thing, that it was designed for the Jeep and rock crawler market, where they were more worried about axle diameter for large tires and horsepower and they weren't really worried about the weight carrying capacity of the vehicle. They did say their new low profile locking hub is a lot stronger than Warn's premium hub. Unless they've changed their stance, I would call them to make sure they are ok with it going on a Dodge 3/4 ton with a Cummins. Don't trust the counter people either, when I ordered my kit I asked for the inner axle upgrade to the 35 spline axles and my truck was a late '02 that didn't have the cad or inner axle disconnect. I stressed that to the salesman and I thought he understood. When my kit arrived the long axle was for the inner axle disconnect system and the seal location was in the wrong place. I called the sales desk and the counter people had no clue what I was talking about. They switched me to one of the tech. people in back and he was aware of it and he got me the correct axle. They sent UPS a return request asap, picked up my axle, and I had the correct one in 2 days. So I feel they treated me very good but I would still call them to make sure and request to talk to one of their R&D or tech. people. Other than the axle snafu everything else was perfect. I looked at EMU's kit also and I chose the Dyna-trac over the EMU kit hands down.
